Jill Holtz
Jill Holtz is co-founder of MyKidsTime and ParentsandBrands. Jill worked for 15 years in CRM and Marketing Support managing projects for British Gas, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays Bank, AIB, as well as holding product management and communication roles in several technology companies. Jill holds a BSc in Mathematics from University of Glasgow, an MSc in Operational Research from University of Strathclyde and a 1st class honours Executive MBA from NUI Galway.

Prior to founding MyKidsTime and ParentsandBrands, Michelle Davitt, COO, had 15 years’ experience in the UK working in publishing production as an account manager for Euromoney plc. She managed marketing campaigns for large international brands such as L’Oreal, Hugo Boss and Diageo. Michelle has worked with the MyKidsTime community of women as well as clients in a variety of sectors including Marks and Spencer, SSE Airtricity, Bord Bia and Clonakilty Foods.

Caroline Kelly had ten years’ experience in Sponsorship & Events management with Allianz, managing sponsorships such as the Allianz Hurling & Football Leagues and Allianz’s involvement with Ryder Cup 2006 and Formula 1, before joining our team. Caroline oversees our insights projects and enjoys getting deep into the data!

Emily Manning was formerly the Editor of a number of award-winning women’s interest magazines, including Easy Food and Maternity & Infant magazines, as well as editorial consultant for brands, digital channels and new magazine launches. Emily has worked on projects for Vodafone, Ashford and Dromoland Castles, Ramada Hotels, Chambers Ireland, Marks & Spencer, and others.

Karen has worked as a global brand manager to niche brands in both the alcoholic beverage & beauty industries for the past 10 years. She has played key roles in other areas across the business including product development, private label project management, sales, marketing & PR.

She has successfully managed a broad spectrum of projects working with global team members, partners, distributors & customers in key markets including Ireland, UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Australia & South Korea.

Ray Sheerin

Ray began his career in financial services, working his way up to become International Marketing Manager at Fidelity Investments in London before switching to the agency side, first as Copywriter, then into Client Service, ending up as Group Account Director. Ray moved back to Dublin in 1991 to head up the Saatchi subsidiary, Equator, for 2 years before setting up OgilvyOne and running it for 6 years. In 1999, he set up Chemistry, which was the leading creative agency in Ireland for over 20 years. A Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors and a former Director of IAPI, Ray now works as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a Business and Brand Strategist.
John Collins
John Collins
John has a track record in successfully building, leading and realising return for internationally scaling companies. He founded and led 2 Irish companies to corporate acquisition and he has also participated, at executive and non-executive Board level, in other companies’ growth and liquidity events, including fundraising at seed and post-seed stages, and facilitating merger and acquisition strategies, on both buyer and vendor sides.

John is currently the Managing Director of Beyonder – helping companies to grow, with confidence – and oversees a portfolio of clients, advising on commercial strategy, operational priorities, technology advantage and growth planning. John is a Chartered Director (Institute of Directors), holds a BSc from Dublin City University and is also an alumnus of Stanford Graduate Business School.
