  • Have/will any of these household finance/insurance things change(d) for your family in 2022?

A Selection of the Feedback from Parents on Changes to family life in 2022

“I feel like it’s been difficult to find the joy in life and it will take some time to get that back. I am also more anxious than I’ve ever been in my life so I hope 2022 will be a turning point.”

“We’re going to continue to spend less time with other people. We realised that we were going along with other people’s wishes pre-COVID and not what our little family needed. Life slowed down and we enjoyed more time without other’s demands/expectations. It’s more relaxing now.”

“We’re planning a few trips to Trabolgan and nights away to different locations. Would love to travel abroad but it just depends on what the restrictions in other countries are at the time.”

“Because of the age of our children we are regular savers and have been able to maintain that during the past 2 years. More recently we have taken advice from a financial advisor and have invested some of our savings as the return from the banks is so bad.”

“As a family we have learned to appreciate each other more.  As myself and my husband worked through the pandemic our children learned to help a lot more within the house. We spend more time with each other now and I don’t want that to change.”
