We Asked Parents about Shopping In Store and Online

We ran a two week insights project asking parents about how they shop in-store vs online. We were curious about what factors they consider make for a satisfying retail experience and the differences between online and in-store experiences.

518 parents answered questions, actively shared their opinions and gave detailed commentary on the topic of shopping via an insights panel and an online survey.

We have compiled all the feedback along with key insights and actionable recommendations into one easily digestible report.

Dig into the full results and find out exactly what parents have to say about online and in store shopping in our report.
