To gather these insights we ran an online survey on Mykidstime.com in May 2022 with 148 responses from parents and an in-depth insights panel carried out on our ParentsandBrands private platform, also in May 2022 with 29 panel participants.

Have loads of stock! My pet hate is getting half way through an order and getting the out of stock message. As I know if I continue with the order, I will have a double delivery charge.

Spread the offers out over the summer. Maybe offer some sort of payment plan to set aside in advance that you have credit ready for use when it’s that time.”

Maybe bundles would be a good idea like a 1st class bundle would include uniform, backpack, stationary essentials and the most commonly used books for 1st class, etc.
