Parents and In-Store and Online Retail

We ran an insights project asking parents about their experiences and preferences regarding in-store vs online retail. We were curious about their shopping habits, what factors would make them choose in-store over online shopping and vice versa, and how their retail experiences could be improved.

What we did

To gather these insights we ran an online survey on Mykidstime.com in February 2022 with 465 responses from parents and an in-depth insights panel carried out on our ParentsandBrands private platform, also in February 2022 with 53 panel participants.
