Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Why we collect your data
When we ask you to give a name and email address e.g. to get our free reports, we are collecting this to be able to contact you. We store this data on our servers which are fully encrypted. We don’t divulge this personal data to any other third party.
When you sign up for our Newsletter, we add your name and email to our third party mailing list software. At the time of writing we use MailerLite for this purpose. MailerLite says their data storage centers are located in the European Union and that they have an information storage security certificate (ISO 27001), as well as the certificate of IT service management (ISO 20000). They also state that they are MailerLite GDPR compliant and have incorporated all the necessary controls and procedures for personal data processing security derived from the GDPR into their systems.
This data is shared with no other third party by MailerLite and used for our purposes only.
Cookies are digital files that websites (including parentsandbrands.com) use to save snippets of information on your computer or phone about your browsing experience. This information is given back to us each time you open a new page on our site and helps us to give you a more personalised experience, make it easier to find what you’re looking for and allow you to perform online bookings.

Access to your data
You can request access to your data to see what we have stored about you at any time. Please use our Contact Us form and choose Data request on the dropdown. When we receive your contact, we will arrange to show you what we have collected from you.
If you wish to remove yourself as a mailing list subscriber, click the Unsubscribe link on any of our emails and you will be automatically taken off. You can also contact us on via our Contact Us form, choose Data Request on the drop down and provide us with your subscriber email and we will remove you.
We promise to respond to any data or removal requests within 7 days.

If you consent to join our mailing list we use ActiveCampaign to send out our mailings. ActiveCampaign stores our contact list on servers in the United States.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and you cannot share it with anyone.
Unfortunately, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
